The mission of the BIPOC (Black, Indigenous, People of Color) Mentors Mentoring is to empower professional BIPOC women to realize their full potential in their careers and beyond. By facilitating mentoring relationships, the organization helps women strengthen their self-confidence, find their voice, learn to exercise influence and authority, while pursuing leadership goals.
